Staff were amazing. Food typical Jordanian (good). Rooms are a little bit tired and need some TLC. But clean, tidy, and comfortable.

I stayed in this place before many years and it was clean and luxurious. Unfortunately, today I checked in the hotel and went to the room and it was very very very dirty and the cleaning is done just to cover things up. The floor was cleaned without water washing and our housemaid put water and started the cleaning/washing to find out that it is dirty with black coloring of cleaning water as a result of the dirt on the floor. The carpet in the middle of the salon was lifted as well to see all the nuts and debris flying to floor showing that it was never touched by cleaning staff. The bed linens' , pillows covers' were dirty and there was hair on it indicating it was not changed before we took the room. They are trying to make the place look clean and fancy. However, there is no cleanness in the place and it is really horrible to pay above average rate per night to face all of these unfortunate conditions. Honestly, I urge the owners/management of the place to look deeply into the cleanness status. Finally, after finding the hair on the pillow and lineds I left the place after cleaning the floors for them. Awful experience and I would never go to them again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone too.

Fantastic apartments in Amman. The location is excellent, close to everything, restaurants, shopping centers and malls. The closest shopping mall (Avenue) is 5 min walking distance. The front desk are very professional and nice people. You can pay usung cred cards. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. Actually, we did not have complains except the open buffet breakfast which you what expect from normal hotel in the There is a small swimming pool in the back. 1.5 m deep.
