I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prime Hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome I received from the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the things that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high level of hygiene, which was especially important during these times of heightened health concerns. The bed was comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the room had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. But what really made my stay at the Prime Hotel exceptional was the VIP treatment I received. From the personalized service to the attention to detail, it was evident that the hotel staff truly cared about making my stay special. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that all my requests were promptly attended to. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mervat, who was instrumental in making my stay at the Prime Hotel such a memorable one. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort did not go unnoticed. She truly made me feel like a VIP, and I am grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Prime Hotel highly enough.
