This was my first stay at Aloft. Excellent location as the hotel is directly connected with the Mall and the metro/airport are few miles away. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and I liked that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is clean with courteous staff. Definitely coming back!

Conveniently located hotel, only three stops from the airport and can be accessed from the second floor in Deira city centre. The room is has a minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciate the fact that the dressing area is separated from the bed. The laundry service is pretty fast and reasonably priced, can't say the same about their check-in service though.

It was a short trip but was nice. I was chatting on the app with the team which was very responsive. We arrived early and they were kind enough to offer an early check-in with what was available. There was a slight mishap so they upgraded us to a good view. It was a nice room on a high floor. We've been here a few times a few years ago and we loved it then. We love its location because its inside the mall and close to the metro stop. We had a few minor issues during our stay like the closet lights did not switch off and the shower spilled water all over the floor. There was one major issue which was the elevator did not work at a time where we needed to go for an event and we got delayed because of it. They fixed it fast enough but it was unfortunate it happened just as we wanted to leave. I think its a great place nonetheless, there is always room for improvements. Thank you to the team who took care of us.
