Fantastic stay! We asked for a high floor apartment and they were kind enough to accommodate our request. Very spacious and well equipped, comfortable bed and pillows. The underground parking and wellness area are definitely a plus. Five minutes walk to the center of Seefeld. Very kind and professional staff at the reception.

We stayed there for two nights at a discounted room rate (off peak season) and very lucky to have our room upgraded. Room is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The Sauna facility is excellent. The young lady helping us for checking in was very helpful. The only problem we encountered was the clothes dryer at the laundry room. It kept stopping every 2 to 3 mins and gave us a hard time. Despite this minor short-coming, I still give this place a 5 star rating.

Not Worth the Price! Seeing very good reviews we booked the apartment directly via the hotel. It is Overpriced and not worth of it at all because of the below reasons: 1. They offer apartments with mountain view and garden view. Apparently, there is no garden in the whole complex just bushes! The infrastructure looks tightly packed with chalets blocking the views. 2. We paid so much for a bigger apartment and the apartment was too compact not worth to even move freely inside. Both Bathroom door knobs were not functional and I don't understand what do they mean when they say the apartment is ready when they don't check the basic things. 3. Because of our train cancelation we had to checkout early morning around 7. Their breakfast(with very limited variety) starts at 7.30, even on request they did not prepare anything to just take and go. Nor did they took effort to pack some buns with butter. When requesting to adjust money they said its not possible. 4. Our stay was for 6 days and we requested for apartment change, they surprisingly behaved that they understand our problem without fulfilling our request. Total disappointment! 5. Everything had a bad smell in the apartment. Especially the bathrooms and vacuum cleaner. It was hard to spend 5 nights here. While exploring Seefeld, we could find many great hotels/ apartments with far better view, gardens that we could have booked with. I would highly recommend to never book Alpenparks Chalet apartments.
