Lovely hotel with the nicest staff I have ever met. Super child friendly, we felt so welcome with our 3 year old. Great breakfast. We will definitly be staying here again.

BE VERY CAREFUL. On the 21/11/2023, we received a message from Oasis resorts B.V saying : "We regret to inform you that the bankruptcies of Oasis Punt-West Resort B.V. and Oasis Europe B.V. have been pronounced. Mr. D.J. Bos has been appointed as trustee in both bankruptcies. As a result, Oasis Punt-West is no longer bookable and the resort will no longer be operational".

I typically only write positive reviews, but I have had such a terrible experience with this hotel that I believe it is worth sharing. We booked our room through Chase Travel, using points. Check in went fine and the accommodations were lovely. However, when we went to check out, the hotel tried to charge us for the room. I called Chase Travel and the representative worked out everything with the front desk (or so I thought). Fast forward two weeks and the hotel charged my credit card for the room without consent or any notification whatsoever. When Chase contacted them, they said that they needed to look into it, because I might have been charged for checking in early (we neither checked in early nor checked out late, nor accrued any other charges that could account for a $250 bill). They have not provided a response and hung up on Chase and me 3 times today when we tried to follow up. I really cannot believe this treatment from a hotel that had such positive reviews. Truly frustrating and disappointing.
