DO NOT USE OR TRUST! Had a booking confirmed for ~ 9months for a family in a chalet and then 2 weeks before the hotel cancelled it. Compleetely unapologetic. Said the 'owner wants it back' and told booking.com that it was closed for refurbishment. Completely ruined a holiday and didn't offer to help in any way. DON'T RISK IT

Best hotel , Position is exactly at infront the sky slope . Spa center perfect for adults and children. Food excellent. Services 5* . Entertainment with live music and Apres Ski with Dj set very nice . For Shure I will come back

Perfect location and really nice staff, but only Bulgarian waiters and waitress, kitchen and cooking is not the strongest side of this property, the cook must have cooking courses and also there was a Greek waiter in the restaurant, who aboslutely doesn't know what exactly is "customer service".As four star hotel there is too much to reform.At the bar there were also nice people working and Bulgarian staff, nothing else worth it!
