A kind of unfriendly manager next to the reception, borders on racism. Other staff members are very professional and friendly. Unfriendly breakfast environment as you get the feeling of being policed on what you are taking. Definitely not coming back here. Sorry but this is my personal opinion and experience.

The hotel is close to everywhere but the staff is not.polite dont speak english the old man who introduces himsef as the hotel manager does not speak english 😳😳😳😳😳the waiters are very disresppectful my friend was going stay with me when I enterd the hotel I paid for 2 person they offered turkish coffee at checkin time but the they asked for money😳😳😳😳😳 where is my welcome drink

Yusuf was a great help and a credit to the Hotel. However I felt the ownership were trying to take advantage by offering standard things as perks. Breakfast was average unless you were willing to pay 3 euros for something as standard as a fried egg. Fruit juice was just not pure just mixed with water. Depending on whether you spoke to a member of staff or the owner would result in different prices for an ironing service. One staff member said 1 dollar whilst the owner doubled the price- We just went about 100 yards away and got ironing done for 10 liras. Overall I was disappointed. This Hotel should not be classed as 4 star. The room was quite small and I felt the owner was trying to make more money by offering a larger room for extra cost which was unfair.

A great place to stay/sleep in. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is right next to the metro station in the tourist district. Blue Mosque is 20-30 min walk or a few stops with Tram T1. Near the Hotel are all the (food) stores you will need. Prices are reasonable, breakfast isn't something special, but for the capacity of this hotel is wonderful!
