We stayed one night prior to flying out of Pearson Airport on an early morning flight. It's so convenient to just get up and walk 30 seconds to the LINK train to the airport terminal. The hotel overall was clean - met our needs. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional. We had dinner there - simple and tasty. It's definitely a good choice when flying in and out of Pearson.

Exceptional hotel. Very quiet and cozy rooms, great design as well (no old or outdated stuff). Love it. Great staff, very friendly and nice people. The restaurant downstairs offers a great Neapolitan-style pizza, which I highly recommend trying. Good coffee as well.

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. The one staff’s attitude was unpleasant, once I returned from using the restroom after a long trip and just take a quick seat in the lounge area on the second floor, located near the restroom. Their questioning and treatment made me feel like a trespasser or as I was doing something wrong!? I had literally been on the premises for less than 5 mins and in business attire and being approached as such was displeasing. The encounter was so off-putting that I decided not to stay at the hotel. I hope the management addresses the staff’s behavior for a more welcoming atmosphere. Rather go to Four Points or Sheraton, tried this place for a new experience, but totally not worth it.
