Absolutely awful experience. Never again. This hotel is not worthy of the name Hilton. Our son booked and paid for a room for me and my wife due to our flight being cancelled. When we arrived at the hotel I was charged $150 (I was told in case I used anything from the mini bar.)The mini bar was empty anyway and we paid cash for the evening meal (something they laughingly called a Pizza) At the airport the following day I checked my credit card to find they had charged me $262 for the room (which my son had paid for with his card). My son called them to explain the situation whereupon they charged his card and also attempted to take another charge from my card. (Luckily it didn’t go through as the limit had been reached) This is either theft or sheer incompetence, either way they shouldn’t be in business. Also the room was noisy due to vibrations coming from the ducting of the AC in the corner of the room. My wife convinced me not to complain as we’d had enough stress due to problems with our flight. Not recommended at all steer clear and book somewhere else. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms 1 Service 1 Location 1 Rooms The room was large enough and the bed comfortable but the problem was the constant loud hum from some ducting in the corner and the lack of fresh air (it’s impossible to have the window open due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport). Food & drinks Don’t order the Pizza. The base is some kind of mass produced cardboard about the size of a small dinner plate.

Flight into Toronto was very early. We were able to check in several hours ahead of normal check in time. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dixon restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent again staff were great. Rooms are clean and nice. We have stayed here a few times and this hotel has never disappointed. This will always be our stay location while in TO. Highly recommended!!!

Great airport hotel for the brand. Excellent value. Ideal airport location, but not for much of anything else. If you're looking for a few chain restaurant/bar options close-by, you'll find them around this place. Very decent bar/restaurant with great breakfast within this hotel. Return regularly when traveling for business.

Pros - King room is a good size, little shop downstairs (closed when I arrived), dining area is large and tasteful, there is a pool in the basement. Cons - tub in room had hair and constant dripping from the nozzle, buffet was almost $30 extra from the room cost, half the plugs did not work by the bed, and the dining staff were not friendly (with the expectation to tip). Location is good and good restaurants are a short 15-20 min drive. I would stay here again for business.

We had been traveling and hadn’t slept all night when we arrived. We asked about an early check in and they welcomed us to come right away. It was around 9:30am. Thank goodness we had a place to get breakfast and have a nap in the room before our next leg of flights. We are so grateful for the accommodating staff, excellent restaurant service and amenities. Will always come here when traveling to Pearson airport.
