Ok. So start off with this is a budget friendly hotel. So don’t expect a Hilton. When we booked we thought we could park at the hotel for the week we went away and get shuttled to airport in morning. But when we got there we found out that parking was a five minute drive away. So we had to drive to park and then shuttle back to hotel. The shuttle would have took 45 minutes so we just took a 9$ Uber back to hotel. We weren’t expecting that. There is not much selection in bars or restaurants by this hotel so we ate chicken Slovakia at the restaurant next-door. The hotel rooms were decent like I said, not a Hilton, but decent to stay for the night. I had a good sleep. the front desk didn’t speak much English so it was a bit of a barrier, but we figured it out and that was also smooth. In the morning our shuttle came at requested time (5 o’clock) to drive us to the airport that went very smoothly. The shuttle was on time and we were at the airport within minutes. if you’re not looking for fancy and just a place to sleep, I would recommend this place. It’s at least 100$ to $200 less than the other hotels in the area.

Summary: Booking - front desk was incredibly rude, and just doesn't care if you are in person or over the phone. Shuttle - although free, and unlimited use, I question if the drivers are actually qualified to drive as the short ride is quite dangerous. Hotel doesn't communicate with the shuttle as to the pickup location is at the airport and give the wrong information. When at the hotel, the hotel will sometimes fail to notify the driver, which restarts the 20 minutes. Sometimes the 20 minutes is an approximation. Location - decent proximity to the airport (just on the other side) you can probably walk there on warmer days. Room - dirty, several lights burnt out, but for the cheapest in Toronto, not going to complain too much. I did have a bed, hot water and the door locks. The doors/hallways aren't soundproof so you will hear interactions in the hallway, because it's common to talk in the hallway and slam doors at 3AM. Notes - stole my damage deposit, no breakfast available (however subway next door). Careful with the toilet paper, as there wasn't a backup in the room. Would I recommend - if you're looking for something cheap, and don't mind the above issues, then yes. If you are looking for something a bit more quality and service, go somewhere else.

This hotel is not where you want to stay! Not enough staff in evening. They seem to have more than job duty like front desk and acting as airport shuttle driver. Front door locked at 11pm. We were given a card to unlock the door but it didn’t work. Waited one hour to get back in. Shuttle driver showed up but he didn’t have the right keys to get in. No one available to check us out. Sign said “back in 10 minutes “. We waited 20 minutes. Never again!!!

Worst place you can stay. Staff are so rude and cold towards customers, the rooms and dirty and dark, TV doesn’t work, bathroom shower broken, bath tub was dirty and stained. Room smelled bad and walls had stains. When you talk to the staff they almost ignore you or speak very reluctantly. Idk how this place is still open with all the bad experiences people have had. Had to cut our stay short and stayed only a night vs 2 because it was the most depressing place ever! Wouldn’t recommend Update: this place is a real hell hole! Upon check out, the girl at the front desk said our deposit would be credited back in the acc in 3 days. At the end of the 3rd day we called to clarify. She put us on hold and hang up. We called back and she kept saying please hold and would hang up. Used a diff number to call, she answered and i asked why she kept hanging up on us. We then demanded for our money. She said we should call the bank, after a whole days back and forth with the calls, she says we should go back to the hotel if we needed our money. We live 3 hours away. We asked if the hotel would refund our travel costs, she said it wasn’t their responsibility to do that. Called her again and it took us literally screaming for this very unprofessional girl to say “okay I will cancel the funds that are on hold!” Asked for the last digits of the credit card and immediately got a bank alert saying we got our money back. These guys are thieves. Cancelling the funds that were on hold is what she should have done right at check out but didn’t. Make that make sense! If you want to have a bad experience and get ripped off then this hotel is for you! Otherwise take your money somewhere else! Rude, lying staff.

Worst experience. Tv didn't work, bedside light didn't work, shower didn't work. I could go on and on. I wish I could post pictures here to show but it won't let me. 14 hour lay over and just wanted to relax. Very tired and disappointed. If you would like pictures let me know. I will be posting on every site I can and hopefully I can show pictures somewhere. All I can say is trust the reviews.
