The location of this hotel is strategic and vibrant, so if it’s your first time in Tbilisi, I advise you to book there at least two nights to start exploring the city from this point. The hotel is across the river and at night you can just set there and enjoy the breathtaking view of the city and it’s mountains. The room services are fast and they are keen to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety, however the downside is you will pay extra for the cappuccino with is weird in a 5 stars hotel. I give 4 starts because most of the stuff at the reception desk needs more training on how to deal better with people.

This just might be the best hotel in town. If you have never seen or been here before, think of the "Ritz-Carlton" or Biltmore, except it is in a much better location, as it is near "old town" with spectacular views. They have every amenity and are serious about security and your personal safety.

Great hotel! The hotel itself is equipped with all the necessary accessories and services. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Breakfast is rich and varied and the food very tasty. One evening we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was very tasty too. The pool and sauna are also very luxurious and fun. The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the banks of the river, two minutes walk to the Peace Bridge, and about ten minutes walk to Liberty Square

We stayed here for 4 nights and had very comfortable stay. Rooms, all fittings and furniture are excellent! Breakfast is very good but probably more variety of local dishes can be added. Hotel staff is very cordial and welcoming, especially Branco at reception. Hotel is located very centrally, in the heart of city and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Would love to comeback!
