If I could give them zero star I’d. Unfortunately that option isn’t available. The reasons are below 1. Requested an early check in at 11 as we had a long overnight flight from Canada, they said the room wasn’t available. Well, we tried taking a nap by the pool, which was chaotic. At 3 they had us wait some more saying the room isn’t ready yet! The check in is at 3!! Finally they let us in at 3:45! 2. On the next day we requested 2 small bottles of water, which they provided on our first day. This time they said, they only provide it once and then tried to sell it to us! Well then, what if we checked out and checked back in! They weren’t able to answer that question. 3. Requested to borrow a bottle opener for 5 mins. They said the hotel doesn’t have a bottle opener. Unbelievable! 4. There was no power outlet by the beds. Miserable charging conditions. 5. The washroom trashcan paddle wasn’t opening, we had to lift it up by hand- gross! 6. They put a coffee maker in the room, without any beans or filters! Overall, a bad experience. Please keep away if possible.

My room was really nice, it has a king size bed, microwave, mini bar, dinning table and a little living room and pool view, 5th floor is the best. The location is good it’s like 18 min from the airport, 10 minutes from beach and 5 minutes from downtown, if you want to visit all those places, for sure I’ll recommend this hotel

large rooms, nice hotel for this area. I'm very bothered by the noise from my roommates, the hotel has poor soundproofing. it was enough to use felt under the chair legs

The soundproofing in those rooms was a total disaster. I could hear all sorts of noises from outside. It was like there was no barrier at all. It made my stay a complete hassle. I gotta say. They had no hot water! Can you believe that? And to make it worse, when I went to the reception for help, they couldn't do a damn thing about it! It was a total letdown, and I was left freezing without a proper shower.
