We stayed there for a night and we regretted it. Even though many people have complained before in the reviews, Still not hot water in the rooms, so dont believe what they reply below. We stayed there on 29DEC2023. No good water pressure in the room. We had to call them 2 times to fix the toilet flushing because it was not working. The plumper was very cute and tried his best, but there is definitely a plumping issue at this hotel. At least there is parking and the rooms and bed were comfortable. Definitely not a 4 star hotel though.

Nice and clean hotel for an extremely reasonable price. Conveniently located right across the street from the ADO bus station for easy airport access. Rooftop bar with pool and clear view into Cancun city. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a good acommodation close to the ado station and this hotel was great. Service was fine and rooms are somewhat modern. First room we got was weird because the view of our window was the breakfast hall in the center of the hotel.. The second room was more of what I expected, with a view of outside. -- Just be aware that the Uber situation there is not good and "some" locals don't want you to get an Uber, like the security guy lol. He literally chased us when we said we did not want a taxi and screamed at us and our driver until he ran away! Thank god we were leaving after that lol

The room and service is also good. Always had taxi in-front of hotel. Breakfast is average and same repeating. Showers are not getting hot water and water pressure is very low. Balcony window shatters are very fragile so I didn’t play with those much. Overall it’s worth for the money. It would be great if they have washer and dryer’s because it’s hard to get out wet cloths from beach dry.

DO NOT BOOK. Horrible hotel that lies. I booked through Agoda and made a mistake on the dates. I was happy to pay the difference to switch. So I wrote to Mex and Agoda explaining. Mex's customer service all said "their hands are tied" and it's not within their power to change my reservation. This is an outright lie as Agoda has called them 4+ times, they refused to pick up. When they did, they told Agoda they "do not approve the fee amendment for this booking". It's one thing to tell me you don't approve my request for a change, it's another thing to lie to a customer and blame it on another company. Should've have read the reviews here. Looks like the quality of rooms are pretty bad too.
