We had an amazing experience and stay in Ambience hotel during our 6-day trip in Taiwan. And we highly recommend this hotel. They had a superb service and very accommodating staff to attend to all your queries. We had a nice spread of breakfast everyday that can fill your stomach before you head on to your adventure for the day. We are a group of 4 plus a baby. And having a toddler in a trip is no easy feat but ensuring some of the details like providing baby chair, wipes and utensils in the breakfast area every morning is highly appreciated. The thoughtfulness of having free noodles, coffee and light snacks at night is awesome. The room is clean and spacious not to mention that there is cleaning service everyday and they will always replenish your toiletries, towels and water and slippers. The hotel offers free wifi and free laundry too! Although the location is around 15 mins walk to the nearest mrt station & malls you wouldn’t mind it if you are in for a stroll and look around artisan food places and cafe with a very nice cool weather. Kudos to Carlos, Steve, Sally, Kayu, Mei & Amos and the rest of the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Staying in Ambience hotel is worth the value. 😍

This is my fifth stay at Ambience Hotel Taipei. Ever since I chanced upon this hotel about 10 years ago, I always make Ambience Hotel my ‘second home’ each time I visit Taipei. It’s been 4 years since my last visit and I’m glad that Ambience Hotel is still the clean and cosy hotel with wonderful and friendly staff who provide exemplary service! Front desk staff, Mei, has exceptionally good memory - she can still remember me after so long and even offered us late check-out. A trainee is also very helpful and friendly. Amos also went the extra mile to shelter us with umbrella to the car when we were leaving for the airport. It has been a great stay and it’s the exemplary service of the staff that makes me return to the same hotel again. Highly recommend to everyone who doesn’t mind a short 15-min walk to the nearest MRT station.

Unusually big rooms. Windows (and in Taiwan many hotel rooms have no windows). Big bath room. On a busy street, lots of restaurants and bars. 2 metro stations within 5-8 minutes walk. Breakfast is Asian-style but coffee is not too bad. Great service. Great wifi.
