The hotel is cozy, there is a sauna and a mini gym. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms themselves are small. The bed was made of two separate beds pushed together. Tiny blankets. A very old hairdryer, if you plan to do your hair, take everything you need with you. There is a coffee machine, no kettle. Drinking water is provided. Excellent housekeeping service. Perhaps it was the room category, but over the years of travel I have something to compare hotels with in a similar price category. I think that for almost 200 euros per day, you can at least upgrade your hairdryer😂

Good hotel, clean rooms with a view on canal. Breakfast is overpriced in my opinion, you can have more interesting, cheaper food (and great coffee) outside - there are plenty of options. Room: light and neat, but double bed was a bit uncomfortable because there was a gap between mattresses. Also, there is no door in the bathroom so you can see someone taking a shower from the room hall. That was a bit weird.

Great hotel. Highly recommend as an upscale, premium hotel option in Hamburg. Rooms were beautiful, lobby and lounge area was comfortable & practical and restaurants/bars were well designed with good food & drinks.

I don't usually post reviews but I just had to for this fantastic hotel!!! From the moment I walked through the doors, the receptionist staff was soooo friendly, she saw I was from Malaysia and she reminisced about her time in Singapore, we even got to talking about chicken rice - I had a smile the whole time and felt so welcomed! The rooms are SUPER COSY, it has this cinematic feel I can't quite put my finger on. Definitely take the river view, it's splendid!! I think the day before I checked out, I was keen on trying out Currywurst but wasn't sure where to go as the online reviews are pretty similar everywhere. Talked to the receptionist, she wasn't sure either but she went the extra mile, googled online and wrote down the address for this place. That's the level of personalized service you get from the staff at this hotel, they're simply amazing and they all deserve a RAISE!!! This isn't just another hotel; the people who welcome you are so GENUINE and so so friendly that you would feel at home instantly. Thank you to the staff for EVERYTHING - I enjoyed my stay so much!! If I come back to Hamburg, I'll definitely be back here in a heartbeat! :)))

This is a wonderful hotel for a city break! The rooms are beautiful and the view from a junior suite is stunning. It is quiet during the nights and the service in this hotel is great. They really want to help you with everything to make your stay as pleassant as possible. Dinner in their restaurant is really nice too. Do not hesitate, book this hotel if you want to have a luxurous stay in Hamburg.
