We spent 2 days here and really enjoyed it. We had lovely views of the lake from our spacious double room and had a balcony to enjoy them from. the breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. The bistro restaurant very good. Great position in terms of walking to the town centre. All in all highly recommended.

This hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. It is in a very good location. The tram is minutes away waking to the center max 10 minutes. Car noise only wigh open windows otherwise quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Shaheen was especially helpful and helped us with everything. Thank you again.

I want to give this place 5 stars so bad but they really missed the mark on comfort during the summer. - We had a suite during our stay for 4 nights and the AC didn’t work at all. While we were offered fans (we grabbed 2!) it really didn’t help. *I also want to make sure people understand that the AC isn’t and will not be fixed here like the management has called out in other reviews. It’s an old building and their staff said because of that they aren’t able to add a modern AC unit to the building. They should not be advertising AC at this hotel. Sadly they still do.. Other than that - this place is lovely. The rooms are updated, the shower and beds are fantastic, service is top tier, gym was nice enough to get a decent workout in and the bar in the lobby is lovely. Not to mention a great location.

I wouldn’t change a thing about visiting this hotel.. except staying longer. This is probably my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in when traveling in Europe. The premium room is 100% worth it - so much space, beautiful interior, comfortable bed and bedding and cute balcony with a stunning view. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extremely varied. Employees were kind and helpful. Location was fantastic - it is quiet and beautiful directly across from Lake Zurich but a 15 minute walk to old town. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Zurich!
