The hotel is really stunning as outside as inside. I booked this hotel for one night in december as a gift for my bf birthday, and when we stayed there, it was even better than on the pictures. We really loved all : the room, beautiful lobby with christmas tree, SPA with the swimming pool and amazing breakfast in the roof top restaurant. Thank so much the staff and especially Osman on the reception desk for the warm greeting. We for sure will return back and will recommend this hotel to our friends!

The hotel is luxurious with my favourite part being the pool and spa facilities with its own hamam. The restaurant views are fantastic too. The only downside I’d say of the hotel is the breakfast is fine but not brilliant. As someone from the UK, I’d prefer less cakes and unusual hot items and more cooked breakfast. The coffee isn’t great either but that’s the norm in Istanbul I believe due to access to fresh milk.

The hotel is a bit pricey! Rooms are nice and clean! Breakfast is very nice. Communication with staff members is challenging due to their poor English.
