I enjoyed my stay. The best part was eating at Champions! I had the burger and it was amazing! Juicy, tasty, and the best burger I've ever eaten. The hotel is nice. The lobby and restaurants however was a bit disappointed in the rooms. Old furniture, dated ceiling in the bathroom shower. Gave me days inn vibe lol. Could use some renovations.

I really enjoyed staying here. From the moment we arrived the staff and the service were exceptional. The overall presentation of the hotel is excellent, clean and stylish. The spa facilities indoor are small but more than adequate. The gym is well equipped, the pool / jacuzzi area is well maintained - it even smells like a nice spa oil! Separate sauna and steam area for M/F. Female area was clean and well looked after. Staff were very helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant which was Italian themed, beautiful food and reasonable priced. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice, all fresh and beautifully presented. The service staff in all areas were excellent - helpful and more than accomodating. Booked a deluxe king room with pool view. Bed was potentially the most comfortable I've ever slept in. All the extra touches really made a difference. Nice toiletries, well stocked mini bar, iron & hairdryer etc. Highly recommend this hotel for a mid priced but exceptional stay.

Had my wedding there recently, while the hotel offers lower rates than other 5 stars hotels, you must note the following: Pros: 1) Staff are very friendly and helpful 2) Prices are reasonable compared to similar 5 stats hotel. Cons: 1) The standard open buffet is very basic and lacks any creativity, also be prepared for your guests to stand for more than 25 minutes to get their food. In addition, the food is very dry and tasteless. 2) The hall itself is very small and old and must be renovated, they claim that it takes up to 280 people however I believe the maximum is 150 for the people not to be squeezed. 3) They offer you a one night stay at the Royal suite, which is in fact very spacious however its very very old and requires immediate maintenance as many lights and other major equipment are not in working condition. I do understand that the occupancy rates are falling dramatically in Jordan, however I hope the hotels take my above notes as recommendations to improve their services.

I wish I took more photos but this hotel is amazing. Very clean rooms and if you need anything, they have it. I've been to a lot of hotels and the hospitality here is truly impressive. I'd like to commend the buffet staff, especially Badran and the chef, we felt incredibly welcome more than I felt at the world's best resorts. It felt that Marriott Amman treats its staff very very well, I felt true kindness coming out of everyone and that type of treatment is only seen if they are happy at their job.

The hotel was great and really went above and beyond to make sure my family’s stay was enjoyable. They made sure we had adjoining rooms and everyone was full of suggestions on how to enjoy our time in Amman. The facilities were great and the food was excellent - lots of variety to choose from and the breakfast buffet is amazing! Raed was super helpful each morning for us. One thing to note for families is that the indoor pool as part of the spa is for adults only. The outdoor pool is for children as well but can be a bit cold.
