I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, and it was truly a delightful experience. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade that offered a stunning view. The gentleman at the reception, who handled reservations, was incredibly friendly and ensured a smooth check-in process. The highlight of my mornings was the excellent breakfast spread - a delightful culinary experience with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel itself exudes luxury, with its elegant decor and attention to detail, making every moment spent there feel special. However, my only disappointment was the closure of the outdoor pool. While I understand it's winter, I believe guests should have the option to enjoy a swim if they wish. Despite this minor setback, my overall experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming stay.

Great location, friendly team and absolutely great rooms. The overall experience is excellent. You have to try this new hotel in Amman. The Spa is impressive and the team there is professional and friendly, Roberto’s restaurant at the 20th has a great view, the staff is friendly but the food was below average.

We tried iris tea lounge for afternoon tea about a month ago. First time we went the person who answered our call said we could come and no need for reservation on that day. Then, when we arrived we were told they were fully booked for an event so they could not receive us however the staff member we saw that day was polite and courteous. Next time we went we tried their afternoon tea. I must say it's below average and pricier when compared to tea places in other Ammani hotels let alone compared to the London Ritz. Their staff were polite and friendly on both occasions though. finally, the setting area was mediocre with no view at all.
