Single room too small.. Just fit a bed.. No good space to pray.. No mug & hot water.. No complimentary coffee & tea.. No windows.. Too stuck up 😑

This is one of the most bad hotel ever in Kuala Lumpur . The hotel doors or not been able to lock . The windows were not been closed due to the urnesponsible management and the room was extremely small .The bed have alot of holes as a pathway for rats ,Facility's like soap,shampos were not prepared ,Moreover the bathroom was terrible , No heater( dont judge by its cover) This hotel its a masterpiece for haunted movie shooting . Everthing gone creepy when the water heater is turned on .I highly won't recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel is good & clean. I stayed in ground floor. But ground floor receptionist (old uncle) turn on laptop in a high valume distrusted my sleep. Hope management could advise him.

The receptionist. This Chinese old man is treating customer very badly. He asked me to go back without giving me any solution to the arising issue. I have made an online booking through agoda and the amount already being catch from my account. It just that in the agoda system it says pending property apporval. This doesn't make sense at all. I called prior coming saying that, he told me just come n show the booking detail n will reserve the booked room for me. Then I come later, he said otherwise. Informed me that cannot help it ask me either to get out from the premises (go back) or just pay cash like usual walk-in customer. He don't want to take responsible saying he dont have access to the system(Agoda) . Then who put the listing in the agoda then? I came check-in at 10.50PM. I'm aware if their management already close but in regards to the approv, why don't just let me check in? Then tomorrow morning ask someone who's responsible to approve the booking (seriously I don't get it) I cannot cancel through agoda because it's not refundable. I have said this to the receptionist, but he said "Good for you", when I start complaining he raise his voice to me. This is the worse hotel receptionist that I ever encountered. He event don't want to listen to any of my suggestions at all and keep being rude.
