It’s an older location and the outside building and the hallways reflect that. The rooms are very nice but are nearly impossible to control the climate. Arriving at the property I was already checked in but mobile key wasn’t functioning. I stood in line for 30 minutes just to go through the whole process of checking in again with zero explanation or apology. And this was in the “faster” mobile check in line. Side note: they had no idea why it wasn’t working but it miraculously worked after I left the check in desk. The restaurants on site have varied from spectacular service, to waiting in line for 45 minutes to ring up basic items at breakfast. I counted five employees behind the counter with only one turtle at the register and one very wonderful young lady making the hot breakfast as fast as she could. It does not take that long to ring someone up. Nor is it necessary to prattle on with your coworkers when the line was growing longer by the minute. Location is great due to proximity to Disney and other amenities. Price was reasonable for that alone but after my experience, it should have been much less

Requested housekeeping to come and turn down the room as we went to Disneyland. Upon returning to the room, it had not been touched. When I went to the front desk to speak to a manager. Ricky stated he apologized but that the privacy sign was on the door. I informed him that it was not. He only stated well it was supposedly confirmed, and they had no staff to clean the room (it was 7 pm). He has offered to move rooms, but as we were checking out the very next day, it seemed pointless. The hotel is in a great location from the parks and the convention center but don't expect much from the front desk staff. The bartenders and staff are great also.

Nice hotel with a few negatives. Rooms are small with no drawers for clothes at all. No luggage stands either so you have to open your luggage on the floor or on the bed. Good proximity to Disneyland, you can either walk which is around 15 min or take the shuttle which may cost extra. Nice staff and they also had complimentary hot cocoa at the end of each night which was a nice touch.

My wife and I arrived on a Monday morning after a long flight from Washington DC to celebrate our honeymoon. When we got into the room to say it was subpar is an understatement. There were black hairs all over the bed (neither one of us have black hair) the floor was extremely dirty, and it had this odd smell. I called down to the front desk, and was told they will someone up. After waiting 30 minutes I called again. Went out to the balcony and then a housekeeper was in vacuuming. She looked at me and said anything else with a bit of a snarky attitude. When I pointed out the hairs on the bed she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! Now that was my last straw and I left to speak with a manager. Now my wife was so disgusted with the room, she went to the Hilton to see if there was any rooms available. We have stayed with Marriott many times in the past and this by far was the worst when it came to the room and not a good start to celebrate our honeymoon. It caused a massive argument and pushed our first day plans off by hours. I travel for work roughly 10 days a month and stay in hotels. The room cleanliness was the worst I’ve seen or dealt with in quite sometime. I am giving Ricky a chance to right this situation. Andy thought I would share my concerns. Some of the staff was great! However I was then offered points to my Marriott account, which I accepted and nothing. The location is great! The lobby was fantastic. The rooms not so much. I spent 15 years in the Army with nearly 3 years deployed. And at times I had cleaner living conditions

5 stars all the way! Context: East Coast Family in town for Disney Trip. Price was extremely affordable. Bell Hop service great, parking staff was awesome, elevators always accessible, and location was perfect. Each day we took a $7 Uber to the park and were there within 4 minutes. The property has everything you NEED. Great value and would be happy to stay again!
