Terrible experience. Long story but the short version. Terrible customer service. Broken leaking toilet, wanted to charge us money for a towel after we dried the floor. Extremely dirty towels. Dirty utensils, really dirty. Maintenance needed on EVERYTHING. Avoid at all cost, not worth the money or the hassle.

Great Value for Money. I went there with my family for 1 night stay. Rooms are Neat and Clean. Access to Pool from Balcony. Breakfast available at the Hotel. Nice American and Thai breakfast available. Nearest Attractive places are: 1. Terminal 21 2. Art in Paradise 3. BIG C 4. Beaches

Clean and tidy hotel, situated near to big c supermarket and relatively quiet. It's only a short walk to the 2nd road to jump on a baht bus to get round town. The downstairs rooms have a balcony which opens onto the swimming pool area.

Very reasonable price, enough clean to stay for 1 night to sleep and relax. The location is a little bit far from Main Street. Provided air conditioner, refrigerator and hair dryer, also safety box. Well enough. They don’t speak English, you may need to speak basic Thai. Only negative point is that there is night club in front of this hotel, it is very noisy and couldn’t sleep well.

I do not want to say horrible, so I say it's a terrible place to stay in. The hotel is practically a guesthouse and in a state that needs renovation urgently. My room was ramshackle, the bathroom real nasty. I felt physically uncomfortable there. The lady at the reception is kinda like a mamasan, her English language skills are very limited. The breakfast... 👎🏻 Good: the room was spacious enough, the pool looks nice with clear water, but I didn't use it. I moved out after 1 night and went to The Glow...just little bit more expensive but unbelievably better.. new, clean, comfy.
