Very clean and tidy, location is excellent right in front of the metro Andel and lots of tram stops. There is a common laundry with washing machine and dryer, there are breakfast options at the nice restaurant downstairs. Rooms are spacious, have great utilities and everything worked with no problems. Friendly staff at the reception and also very friendly cleaning ladies.

We had an apartment with two bedrooms and were pleseantly surprised by the size of the rooms and of the living area/open kitchen. We found everything we needed in the listing and everything was working properly. The water pressure was great and there was even a washing machine we could use. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and quick. There is a beer garden and restaurant right in the building's inner court, with good beer and cocktails and decent food (Czech cuisine).

We had a great stay here over Easter vacation. The hotel was situated in a nice safe area. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were quite big. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if I visit Prague in the future.

Pros: + The rooms are huge in size, clean, well maintained and total value for money + The rooms are fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, fridge, TV, AC, heater + The location is far from the city center but just a minute away from the tram stop. The tram network in Prague is excellent and hence you can reach anywhere in Prague in less than 15 minutes.+ Huge malls and restaurants in close vicinity + The people at reception are friendly and helpful Cons: - The restaurant & bar just below the apartment may get noisy during the weekends and you may find it difficult to sleep if you are light sleeper
