Horrible!!! We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace, we were put in another room, in which the windows overlooked the roof of the building, on which all night and day the extractor was humming, and therefore the room stank when the windows were open, the air conditioning did not work. The receptionist was very unfriendly and the hotel business is all about customer service. I do not recommend this hotel!

Second stay in two years. Good clean comfy suite bedroom with a queen bed, lovesofa and two arm chairs.. Very central, close to it all. All you can eat, no nonsense breakfast buffet with all the basics and fresh fruits, open until 10:30 weekends with a nice view of Anıtkabir and more. I will be back next time I stay over.

Hotel has good parking service and lobby. Rooms are bigger and design is high quality. Only in shower the water temperature is not constant. I were with two further people there: 2 people not constant and 1 person constant water temperature. Breakfast is satisfied. Per person we paid 550 TL and it was a perfect price for the hotel. Unfortunately my habbit is that I don’t like granulate based coffee (e.g. Nescafe) as breakfast option 😩. I recommend to use coffee beans machines 😃 It costs a little bit more but the customer will be really thankful. As a summary you feel really fine in the hotel.

İ stayed there for 3 nights.The room and services are in acceptable quality ,in addition to a 4-star hotel. Reasonable price. The location is great so you can walk to most of reataurants, facilities, bus stop and the neighborhood kizilay. The receptionists are welcome, not bad in english but not professional. The exchange rate is lower than usual and you'd better to exchange somewhere else. Breakfast is buffet and not bad but can be better. The Terrace reataurant has a great view with full of sun light. Rooms have a safe box that is a good point. hot water, good air conditioner, clean room etc. In overall i go there again if i would travel to ankara next time.
