If I could give a -0 review I would. We spent days booking this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly. We just flew in from another city with 7 pieces of luggage, exhausted, sick, on no sleep and they informed us at the front desk that pets are not allowed even though they advertise as pet friendly on Agoda. We are now stranded with two pets and 7 (20+ kg) bags in the middle of Jakarta with nowhere to go. Horrible service, receptionist doesn’t care , do not book here. Nobody cares if you get left homeless after they lie on their advertisements.

Stay for one night. The staffs were nice, specially the reception lady. The room, well, you got what you've paid for. Not that bad, but a refurbishment would be nice. The rate I've paid was breakfast included. It was delivered to the room, just simple fried rice and coffee. The fried rice was surprisingly good, not as I expected. I stayed here because it was the closest hotel to my work place. And all I need was a bed, a shower after a long day at work. It was worth the price.

Its a quite nice budget hotel. Clean and friendly staff will help you get what you need. They also give yoy 2 tooth brush. Most of budget hotels only give 1 tooth brush. Located in hayam wuruk. The place is near from everywhere
