Room is small but since the bed is raised you can put your suitcases underneath to make more room. I also liked the very big desk as I don't like putting things on the floor. The location is pretty ok. It's about a 3 minute walk from the station. Overall it's good for the price but only if you are traveling solo. I don't think the room is big enough for 2 people. The TV automatically turns on and plays ads each time you put the room key in the slot, which is rather annoying. Another oddity is that the ceiling in the hallway is open so when it's raining, the rain can sometimes hit you when you go to the elevator. I can't say I understand why you would choose to do that in a hotel, but it's really not that big of a deal.

October - November 2023 + Location was great, merely 5 minutes walk from Akihabara station + Room was great. Clean, modern, quiet + Wifi was good + Bed was top quality of comfort + Shower, toilet, bathroom was almost perfect + House keeping did good job every day + Front desk staff was polite and helpful - Next room and other guests on nearby floors can be loud and noisy at times. They talk loudly on the hallway. Next room many times make noises and loud knocks on their door and wall at night - annoying - Check out is at 10:00 am, and House-keeping will start vacuum and cleaning around 10:00 am onward. Meaning you can't sleep in late (but ear plugs will do the job) - 1 Elevator, sometimes have to wait, but not a deal breaker - There were always 3-4 staff at front desk in the evening. It feels intimidating and pressured for me to have all 4 of them staring at me while I was checking in or asking for something.

I’ll give it two stars for being quiet and conveniently located. But I’ll never stay in an APA hotel again. This was by far the most cramped hotel room and the least comfortable bed I’ve seen in Japan. It might be okay for crashing for one night - but not fit for any longer than that. I still have back ache from sleeping there. There are better hotels for the same price in central Tokyo.
