Everything about this hotel is amazing. Very clean, everything you need, even pajamas, you can find in your room. The reception is always open and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good. The subway station is 3-4 min away walking distance. The markets are very very close. The closest one is 7 11 and is like next to the hotel, 1 min or even less and it's 7/24 open. Prices are affordable.

APA hotels must be rather standardized because this room was identical to another APA hotel I stayed in. This isn't really a bad thing though. The rooms are a bit small, but not terrible for a solo traveler, especially for the price. I wouldn't stay here if I was traveling with someone though. The TV automatically turns on and plays ads each time you put the room key in the slot, which is rather annoying.

A short walk from Ayase Station East exit. The hotel owners really understand customer service and go well beyond many other hotels to make your stay comfortable while inexpensive. They say the devil is in the details, and the APA hotels have dozens of details accomplished in every room. I'll be back.
