The room is small and basic, but clean feel like home. It is ok for short stay, location is good, walkable distance from the JR station. Service is basic too, room price is reasonable, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is located in a prime location, just 3 minutes walking distance from Sapporo JR station. Rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels. Rest of the amenities are ok.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The location is very convenient as it's halfway between Sapporo station and Odori station (the 2 main central stations). The female staff is more friendly and helpful than the male staff. The room was as usual for the hotel chain. The main problem is that the walls are thin and so you can hear noise from the next room and the corridor. Another problem is that you have to turn on twice the fridge (outside switch + inside rotation switch), which I didn't notice and left food 1 night without refrigeration because I only turned on the outside switch (the inside one is hard to notice and certainly not obvious).

Small room. I do mean really, really small room (closet size). Understandable as this is a business traveler oriented hotel. It is a clean and well maintained facility. A typical of good Japanese hospitality and service. The good news is, no group tour will be staying at this place. Most restaurants in the surrounded area, included the one on the first floor, are only served Japanese clientele. Didn’t want to bother with none Japanese speaking customers. Standard answer is, need reservation or we are close (at 6pm), or all booked for event. I get it... No big deal, JR Tower station area has plenty of cool places to eat, and to the north end downtown has many more. Just be sure they are the hole in the wall, mom and pop places. The high end eateries are reserved for Japanese speaking, local customers only.
