We had the three-bed room and while everything was clean and comfortable, space to move around in was quite tight. The location isn't that directly reachable from the Sapporo JR station, you can take the subway then walk for a bit or get a tram connection, but there are quite a few conveniences and restaurants nearby. We had the breakfast for one morning and there was a nice selection, though it was disappointing to see that packaged plastic cutlery was used.

Room are a bit small for 3 persons. Love the bath tub and the bath salt that they provided. It's feel good to relax at the bath tub with hot water after a long tired day. Reasonable price. Recommended.

The service is good. They got stuff to speak different languages. The amenities are free and abundant for customers to have at the first floor. Key coffee tasted good. Very reach. The location is close to 狸小路商店街（Tanukikoji Syotengai) 10 minutes from the Wing hotel. However, the room is super tiny.

The room was a bit tight, but that's typical in Japan. The bed was comfortable, although the room was very warm, and we ended up adding on the breakfast buffet. The variety wasn't huge, but it was definitely way more than a typical continental breakfast, and for just 1300/person is more than reasonable. All-in-all a great value hotel for what we paid (7560 yen for one night), but I know their rates are normally much higher during busy periods. The only downside was that it's a bit tricky to get to via public transportation, and in snow, it may be wise to take a taxi to and from the station.
