Horrible! The hotel has no security, no support for guests and even disregards you. During check in everything was wonderful and then everything was horrible. One of our valuables simply disappeared from the room. It disappeared! We left it in a place and it was gone. The hotel was not responsible for anything. We left a chocolate on the table and ATE IT!!!! And to make matters worse, they don't clean the room every day. We arrived tired and the room was a mess because no one came to clean it. This is absurd, because we don't pay cheap to stay here. We demand the minimum of our rights. -- There is no security in the rooms, no support for guests, and the check in is all beautiful but then it is horrible, some of our valuable belongings disappear, let us leave some chocolates above the eater and eat the chocolate! Don't clean the rooms every day! We left the walk exhausted and it was all delicious! We don't pay a little to stay here, we demand our rights!

Terrible service from employees who don't know how to communicate in Portuguese. Upon arriving at the hotel, I found out that my reservation had been canceled due to overbooking and I was sent to another hotel. People in the group I was with were left without a room for two nights, depending on the favor of others. Do not book this hotel! There are many similar ones nearby.

Accessibility is excellent. The subway station is Bellas Artes, a 4-minute walk away, and Santa Lucia Station, a 10-minute walk away. There is a large supermarket in the apartment, which is very convenient. However, the staff does not speak English at all, so communication is not easy.
