Terrible discusting damp mouldy pillows walked out and booked another apartment across the road. Want my money back. Your web didn't mention mouldy pillows and members of staff to busy smoking outside. I asked to moved and I was told it would cost a further 150 euro. When shown to that room that also smelt of damp. Terrible experience. As shown on your website. I paid extra for breakfast. Only cold uncovered food available. Pictures tell the story and do will l.

Considering its cheap I'll overlook the obvious issues. Perfect location, adequately equipped with a hob, microwave and some bowls, plates etc plus a frying pan and saucepan. . Cleaners are great and the beds comfortable. Admittedly it's tired...furniture all worn and the pool is a bit grim. Lets face it you probably won't be spending loads of time in the room. The lounge is a bit grim tbh but theres a sofa bed and plastic chairs A big reception area and helpful staff. Supermarkets nearby The location is perfect. 1 minute from a sandy beach with other beaches within a 10 minute walk. The bus stop is around the corner but I'd recommend the bolt app....taxis cheaper than busses. The old town is a short taxi ride or 45 min walk away. The reception staff are super helpful too.

Hotel apartment was standard but done what it had to , nice size shower , no oven but you do have microwave with built in grill 2 hobs etc all standard ,,, was poor on plates and cooking but in all fairness if I seen reception I more than likley would have got some ,,,,the settee was a good size to make extra beds with comfort and also English channels on TV ,,,all in don't expect 5 star from a 3 star I enjoyed my stay and yes would go again it does what you need unless you have high standards ,,,friendly staff and helpful,

Overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms are nice and big. The majority of things did work in my room. The only downside is that the pool was not cleaned in the morning and lots of pints and bottles were left there for the following day. Staff were really helpful and nice, at times the place did need more staff as one member of staff covered the downstairs bar and reception at the same time, but I guess my trip was in May - off peak. I have attached a picture from our balcony view, room 26. The location of the hotel is spot on, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute walk to the strip. 37 minute walk to old town or €4.5 Uber trip. The downstairs lobby near the pool has a bar with local beer for €2.5 or Koperberg on tap for €4. However, nothing is stopping you from taking a couple of beers from a shop to the pool. As you go to the beach, right at the beach front there are a couple of restaurants, the one to the right as you walk down from the hotel serves a fantastic full British breakfast for €8.
