Free coffee and tea. Air hockey and kids area. The hotel room was really like an apartment and looked like one of the funny displays you have at Ikea. I always asked myself who or where I would see it again. Now I know. It was comfortable for an affordable price for four people.

A very nice hotel, seemingly recently renovated. The rooms are nice and big, equipped with everything you might need. You can even borrow extra equipment like toasters and blenders. Although I skipped the breakfast, priced at €12 per day due to mixed reviews, I spent a lot of time in the lobby, which is very cozy. They offer free coffee and tea, and on Christmas Eve, there was free Glühwein and cookies, which was a nice surprise! The location's only slight downside is the lack of nearby supermarkets, with only one bakery. But it's easily reachable via both the U1 and U3, so you can get there from almost anywhere in Hamburg. All of the staff was also always very nice, making us feel very much at home.

The rooms are quite nice, and are big enough. I did not use the service, so I cannot comment on that. The location is close to Ulandstrasse U-Bahn stop. It is back from the road, however, which makes it less than ideal.

Spacious room. Close to U bahn, 5 minutes walk. However, it is not worth the money. For a room service, i.e. new towels or bathroom cleaning, you need to stay for more than 5 nights. We booked a room for 5 nights and didn't get any service. A bathroom gets dirty after a couple of days, and they don't offer any cleaning. Reception offered us borrowing a vacuum cleaner so we can clean the room ourselves! Ridiculous! I think for that price cleaning should be included. Would not recommend staying there if you are planning to stay more than one night and value hygiene more than the hotel's location
