I have been here for business and I had a very nice experience in this hotel. Service and staff was excellent so was as well the rooms and location. Not central but easy accessible with car alas it has a private underground parking lot.

Staff at reception(Asian)and bar afternoon shift are nice and very helpful. Breakfast lady smile all the time. Our bathroom had problems with the water not go down when we shower I told them but not fix also night time I smell smoke not sure where is come from! No room service but you can order food and eat at restaurant.

I had booked this hotel at the last minute late evening, after cancelling another hotel booking. I must say I was impressed with how very friendly, accommodating and helpful the staff were. Rooms were also in good condition, with an ample amount of selection for breakfast. Thank you for making my stay very memorable with your wonderful service.

The staffs were amazing. Our group had lost luggages and the staffs were so nice helping us call the airline with the crazy wait time. Not once did we feel like they felt bother (even though we had so many request). We also showed up to the hotel a few hours early and they were able to accommodate to the best of their abilities. 10/10 for the staff for their patience and hospitality!! Shoutout to Jasper for recommending great food!
