Location was great. The property is just north of the super expensive Hilton but your getting much better value. The apartment is very quiet and has lots of space. There seem to be pictures of multiple apartments that are rented in the same area. The pictures online were accurate. Owner is super nice and wants to make sure everything on your stay is great. He gave a welcome drink. The other apartments that we dealt with on the Croatia vacation all WhatsApp'd me before our arrival to check on our arrival, give additional information on property location, and parking information. This apartment uses a apartment manager who only asks for you to update your arrival time on a website. But there was no additional contact and we were unsure if someone was going to be there to meet us. I decided to call the manager 20min before we arrived and the owner was waiting for us outside the blue door to let us in. Not sure if it would have been the same if we hadn't called.

Cancelled our booking because we didn't let them charge our credit card when the "free cancellation" period was still going... very suspicious and scammy-like. Book with care.

Very kind and thoughtful owner, he kindly even offered us some beer! The apartment however appears much older and smaller than the photos. Furthermore, the cleanliness wasn't great (a lot of dust near the bedside tables and under the bed) and the bathroom window doesn't have a curtain! We used cardboard to cover it. Plus points, the terrace and the extreme proximity to the center of Dubrovnik. It wouldn't take much to improve this apartment!
