When asking for help to get a taxi at 5am, the receptionist refused to help and kept insisting I will be conned. On top of that, they placed us at the top floor for one night, and did not help us get them down even after requesting nicely. The receptionist (working the night on the 25th of august) kept making sarcastic jokes at us and even shared a laugh with the taxi driver. Very rude and inappropriate. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff and nice location. We stayed in the Suite Room on the top floor which had an amazing direct view of the bosphorus, but if you look abit to the right you would also see Sultanahmet Mosque

Lovely little family run hotel in a great location. Nothing is too much for the staff and our room has an amazing view. Amazing breakfast, too. Highly recommended.
