The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, super close to the metro and train station ( less than 5min). The staff is super nice and helpful. There was a vast array of breakfast options.

Location near Westbahnhof makes it worth their very reasonable price by itself. Located close to all public transport, close to everything yet in very quiet street. Rooms are good for my two night stay. Room in the smaller side. I’d skip breakfast, minimal with no special option. Filter coffee, no yogurt or fruit - only cereal with milk, typical white and dark Austrian/German bread and some cheese. Does make it vegetarian friendly. Keycard system is classic but works, also entering the room at night. Check-out at 10.00 is too early I’d you’d ask me. Specially on a Sunday.

An inhumane hotel that does not consider the situation of its customer. My country is at war right now. I couldn't leave my country at that time. And Despite buying a non-refundable reservation, it would be fair to return half of the amount or the full amount. Apparently behavior towards an Israeli / Jew is different. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

Sincere recommendations - great location, modern and clean rooms, good breakfast, nice receptionist. Advice for improvement, though it didn’t affect overall excellent score and satisfaction, is that on breakfast there is no possibility for espresso or any other coffee except American coffee. I was a bit confused and have never seen that in all my travels - at least put a coffee machine, it doesn’t have to be made by barista. Employee who was working at breakfast area and was explaining this to us was not so polite and acted like we asked for something not normal. We parked on the street of hotel without any problems, but I saw there is garage also. Anyhow, will definitely visit again!
