Very convenient location, great staff, very big and spacious rooms. I loved the bathroom a lot, probably the best hot shower I had. The breakfast was also worth the money (not the greatest selection, but it's nice). The receptionist even offered to send my postcards away.

Simply great. It is located in a very quiet but convenient (transportation wise) area. The staff is very experienced, polite and want to be useful in every way they can. Our room was cleaned everyday without asking.

The staff were fabulous. The receptionists understood that I wanted to practise my poor German ( they spoke great English) and were really kind and patient with me. The hotel needs a facelift but it’s clean and tidy and handy for trams.

I would say that our stay was okay. Breakfast was good and crew were attentive. However, this is not a 4 star hotel as they claim ( it has a 4 star on their Building). They don't have amenities such as a telephone and flat iron in the rooms which is a must for a 4 star hotel. The refrigerator in the room is not functioning. As I saw other reviews it has always been this way for several days or months with no action taken to resolve the issue. When I raised these concern on our arrival they said they can't do anything about it. The lobby is not always clean and leaves enter the lobby because the door is left open. I would say it is still okay to book in this hotel but don't expect a 4star amenities even if you see a 4star in the booking sites. The most would be a 3star rating.
