Staying in Marseille for 2 nights. Good size room, very good shower and body soap is provided, small and functional kitchen with microwave and washing dishes (not really necessary), wardrobe, comfortable bed and nice table to work and for having breakfast/lunch. The towels are not the best, but provided. The shower box leak water in the toilet, due to the structure, but with care you can avoid it. toilet paper were not full and there was not reserve, but you can ask in the reception. I would say that it is worth for the price, but some additional effort might be necessary to feel better Location is about 10-25min from main bars and restaurant area. If too late, use scooter!

I am practically waiting outside as my room is very dirty and smelling. It has not been cleaned and the receptionist tells me it’s normal practice and that they clean once a week. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed…At least if these terms and conditions are advised before booking and I am able to choose as it’s my first time at such a hotel.

We had to beg for fresh towels and toilet paper. I understand this is a a budget hotel- but this is ridiculous. No soap in the bathroom. Lousy breakfast with everything running out all the time. Managed to get scrambled eggs once in the 3 day stay. The staff barely speak english. Only good thing about the hotel is its location adjacent to great public transport. Wouldnt recomend this hotel to anyone. I am sure there are better budget options out there.
