The staff is pleasant and welcoming, but the rooms are basic and below. They are clean but not exactly what you would call an apartment. The walls are empty and the cabinet was broken, makes the overall feeling quite uncomfortable. Sufficient for a one night stay

Only good things here are polite staff, solid breakfast, affective air conditioner and high water pressure in the shower. Everything else is bad. However in in charge for assigning stars to hotels in this area, was very generous to this. 3 star hotel with room cleaning once per week?

Most of the outlets and lights in my room did not work, and the wifi was unreliable. The hotel did not clean my room or change towels during my 6-day stay, which felt especially gross with a tile floor. My "view" was of back balconies of a dodgy apartment building, and there was constant honking and other street noise pouring into my room continuing late into the night. I waited a long time to check in. The furnishings were generally rundown and low quality. In terms of positives, the room was spacious and included a little kitchenette with minifridge and stovetop. I would not recommend.

While the stay itself was relatively smooth, as someone who travels very frequently from hostels to Business travel to resorts, I am not sure how this is considered a 3 star accommodation. To manage expectations, the quality is much more matching to 2 star hotels, with the exception of the convenience of a mini kitchen. The rooms are smaller and somewhat run down (old and low quality furnishings) compared to how it looks in the photo. But if good location and a fridge, microwave and burner is most important to you for the price, then it is a good choice. But don't expect 3 star furnishings.

I was checking in late and had told hotel this. By the time I arrived at the hotel, I had not received any email from them with code for door or for lock box for my room key. I could not get any customer service members on phone. Another guest was checking in at the time and let me into the building and gave me my key. To this date I have still not received any email from the hotel with this information. The room was very basic but reflected the price we paid
