Good and relatively cheap aparthotel. The tradeoff is that you have to keep the room and the kitchen very clean, take out your own garbage and not waste large quantities of water. Recently went through a renovation.

It is my first night in this hotel and the heating is not working. The room was cold and looked like an ice cave. When I asked for help from the front desk, they told me that I work alone and we do not have a technician or staff to help you arrange your affairs for this night. If you are ready to get slapped with ice and get sick with a flu. welcome

Whilst the amenities were great for the price the fact that a €200 deposit had to be taken before we stayed is outrageous, nowhere on their site was there even a text saying that a deposit had to be placed, furthermore the room was kept at a constant temperature of 26 degrees Celsius which in my partner and I’s experience was very very hot. Having to constantly shower and drink water to cool down is even more outrageous. When we left during the morning and came back at night, our beds weren’t made and towels weren’t changed, spending 3 days with the same wet towel. Mind you other hotels change these and make your bed. When leaving the hotel you need to take out your own trash and was your dishes, my partner and I are fine with washing dishes and always leave hotels how we found it. However when cleaning up some of our rubbish, we were shocked to see that the cleaners have shoved rubbish under the bed from previous guests. Anxious about whether we were going to get our deposit back we cleaned up our mess plus the mess under the bed, and furthermore took all of it out of room and put it downstairs in the “allocated bin area” which is literally at the opening of the ground floor elevator. Absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. Not a 4 star hotel in the slightest.
