Terrible hotel but good marketing to make this go on 😂. Very sketchy neighborhood. When we walked our dogs we noticed two cars with broken windows. The underground parking is very confusing with their signs. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Terrible bathroom without hand towel, shower mat, lack of shower shelves and dish for soap. Two remote controls for very small looks like computer desktop TV. No English Channels. A lot of unnecessary boxy shelves in the room. Dirty walls, towels, and terrible and smelly carpet on the second floor. I wish to add pictures but that function is not available.

Short, but effective biz stay. Even arriving AND leaving outside reception hours, all related handover procedures went well. Good experience! Room was quite and clean.

Well equiped self contained studio apartment. Comfortable bed, good soundproofing gave quiet nights rest. Garage available in underground car park-not the easiest to access - 2 level but secure. Arriving at night in one way street with heavy traffic, hotel is easy to miss as no obvious illuminated sign.

I booked a room in the Hotel Otelia on 6/03/2023 and a parking place in their internal garage. In the morning of 7/03/2023 I discovered that someone open my car during the night and broke the window. My luggage was stolen. The hotel did not take responsibility for reimbursing me for even a part of the damage suffered. Really a good service. But they didn't charge me the 15€ parking cost. Thanks a lot!
