It is a small but clean, quiet and safe hotel! Cleaning is done every day! The hotel has a terrace on the top floor where you can smoke and see Istanbul from above. It is equipped with an elevator, AC, TV, Wi-fi and the staff is very kind. In the area there are restaurants, cafes and many tourist attractions that you can go to on foot or by metro, respectively tram, the means of transport stations being less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.

the location is great the staff are very kind and friendly, close to sultan ahmet aya sophia and spice bazar. the room was big enough for the 4 of us

PAY ATTENTION IN WHICH BUILDING THEY WILL SEND YOU. I spent here 15 days and it was very pleasant stay. It is not real hotel, but the building with apartments and basic cleaning service. That was exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Istanbul at that moment. Building has great location. Very safe area with many restaurants and small shops. You have many attractions on walking distance (Gulhane park, Topkapi, Sultanahmet Square, Galata bridge ... ). You can travel to Asian side (Uskudar) in only 5 minutes (Marmaray station is next to the building, 1 minute of walk). Tram and bus stations also very close. Apartment was nice. It was spacious with a small kitchen. You have everything you need inside (the same like on the pictures). Excellent staff, always ready to help you. BUT. . . THERE IS ONE PROBLEM (that many people faced): First night I did not spend in apartment that I booked. They put me in another building (picture - Arges cafe). It is close to main building, location was nice, but building and everything inside was very old and dirty. It is old building with only 2 floors with scary spiral stairs (without elevator). Pictures of that building you will not find on any booking site. If they want to rent it too, they should do some renovation and add the pictures of these apartments. After my complain they moved me into apartment that I booked, and later everything was ok

!WARNING ! DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!! List of bad stuff in this hotel: The lights were so dim it freaked the life out of everyone and the parents No clean towels Shower pipe burst WiFi is trash The door to enter the room is so hard to open and the key is impossible to get out once in TV doesn’t work Toilet seat is broken Broken furniture Room is dirty Double bed is basically 2 single beds joined together Water in the shower is either too hot or too cold Toilet door doesn’t lock and the door handle comes off The AC is broken The elevator is so small it can only fit 2 adults (3 children) This hotel is more terrible than my grades, seriously it’s SO BAD!!!!!!!!! I WISH THAT THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NEGATIVE INFINITY STARS

Location is amazing. Staff very friendly. Couple of points that I did not know but the owner should put as it helps the place: 1. Hotel has an Elevator, which is great for luggage 2. Hotel offers laundry service at a great price. Price was 40 TL per kilo (as of July 2022). Nearest laundry service I found cost 70 TL per kilo. 3. Security is great. Front door locks at around 10 pm and has a password. Guests enter the password on a keypad and can enter. Room doors have 3 different locks. The area however is supersafe and I used to go out even at 1am. 4. Staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the owners sleeps in the hotel and is 24/7 available. It is to note that the hotel consists of 5 floors with one room per floor. Room area is great. We were there as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 6 and 4. Had a great experience and if I am in Istanbul again would definitely choose the hotel
