One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in in Europe. Rooms are large and well furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and provided some great tips on interesting places to visit with fewer tourists. Great location near to the main train station and the metro. Lots of great restaurants within 2 mins walk. They provide comprehensive info on how to access the hotel so check your email in the days before going. Elevator is large and fast by Italian inner city standards. Finally, they have a fantastic system for luggage storage after you check out.

The room was nice — had everything we needed. The AC wasn’t as cold as we are used to but it was tolerable (it was also very hot outside at the time). Hotel staff were friendly and check in was easy even though they were off that day. The entrance was easy to find since the booking site had clear instructions for where the hotel was actually located & how to get to the elevator. Very nice location. Would stay here again!

Excellent hotel in heart of Rome!!! The room was superb with: spacious king size bed; closet for hanging clothes; dresser for clothes as well; nice size shower and bathroom; and exceptionally quite. The elevator was cute!! Great location for walking to all the historical sites with numerous great restaurants close by. The train station is 5 blocks away; a great big plus. The rep gave great pre-stay directions for accessing the property and took care of us upon early check-in. Great price too and saved by booking directly with the hotel. Note - none of the descriptions below fit this hotel; it's not luxury but is way better than most.

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent if you were arriving or departing by train as it is a short walk to the station. Many restaurants and bars very nearby. The host was very responsive by phone but there was no one present in reception when we arrived at 5:30pm. Cons: The air-conditioning was ineffective so the room was uncomfortable to sleep in on a warm and humid day. Two pillows were provided but both were hard. The only toiletries provided were bar soap and combo body/hair wash. No hair conditioner provided. The lift was faulty and did not open on the ground floor, so had to enter lift on level 1 and walk the rest by stairs with suitcases. The instructions said take the lift to level 4, but you actually enter the apartments on the floor above so it was a little hard to find.

We stayed here for four nights in Feb 23. Our host Russell was very welcoming and kept the place gleaming at all times. Our room was large and comfortable with a good bed and shower. The location was great for access to the station and a short walk from Trevi Fountain (where there are large numbers of cafes), and there is well-equipped supermarket just across the road. For a noisy place like Rome, our room wasn't too bad and we slept soundly.
