First off I want to say thank you to the staff for being very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and it was perfectly located for majority of the tourists attractions. Along with rentable lime and bird scooters practically everywhere. The host was very communicative and informative of the area offering good places to eat and attractions to visit. They also offered the option to let us keep our luggage there past check out time so we could visit more of the attractions and it was quick and easy to retrieve afterwords.

This hotel blew away my expectations, rooms are extremely clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures the outdoor area is beautiful and so is the entrance. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and safe to walk through a 10-minute walk to the colosseum perfect location to see what rome has to offer. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have they even give you a list of recommended restaurants to go to.

Stayed here first week of April 2023. What a delightful stay. Checkin was automated, loved the balcony and common areas. Room was beautiful and comfortable. This was the last stop on our European vacation and it was the best hotel. Definitely recommend.

Self check in easy. Whatsapp communication with the hotel easy. Any needs easily assisted by them. Room and bathroom is small by my standards but in Rome all hotel rooms are this size so wasn't expecting a large room. But was clean and white and near everything. Colosseum was 10 mins walk. Termini was 10 mins walk. Walked to the Vatican 30 mins. Didn't need to take a cab anywhere

The apartments of Roman Holiday Colosseo are located in a very well maintained Old building. The very best thing is the hostess Monica. She is always available and solves every problem that might arise, immediately. She is always cheerful and makes your stay great The room we got (number 104) is big, there was plenty of place for our luggage. There is a fridge in the room and also a kettle. There is a common kitchen shared by all the tenants that is very well equipped, including a coffee machine, stove etc. The patio is very nice and having your morning coffee there is fun Location is the big thing though. Five minutes walking takes you to the Colosseum and 45 minutes lands you in the Vatican. So actually by walking less than an hour you can see almost all the important sights of Rome, including the Piazza Navona, Fontana Di Trevi, Vittorio Emanuel Memorial, St. Angeles, Vatican and of course the Colosseum. All in all this is the optimal place to stay. Enjoy
