They have the nicest staff. I had issues with my rental vehicle, and Silvia treated it as it happened to her. She quickly assisted me with the issue to be resolved, which exceeded my expectations--don't think I can find another person who'd be more willing to help me with this tedious chore-like mission. I felt like being taken care of, and that makes me feel like home.

It’s a decent hotel which has many facilities which are not really cared for. The sauna is not insulated properly, half the equipment in the gym does not work. The terrace is not really cleaned and is infested with mosquitoes. The bedrooms are clean but the air conditioning could do with some work.

Good. Not great. I stayed 1 night and had a pleasant enough experience, but if this hotel is going to rest on its 4-star status (and charge the rate they do!) they really need to step up their service in a lot of areas.
