Super beautiful, peaceful hotel with lovely staff. We ordered pizza room service and went downstairs to purchase a couple bottles of sour beer. I don’t think they get many room service orders at Hotel It as the experience was a little clunky but still fine. There is a great looking restaurant downstairs but it was closed on Tuesdays. About a 30 min walk to Dotonbori which is really the only place in Osaka to see so if you want to be closer to the action maybe choose somewhere else.

Rooms are excellent, very spacious and well kept. The breakfast was outstanding and the service from everyone was top notch. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. Service is very nice but rooms are average. Location is next to subway but not walking distance to anything of note. Bit of a deserted area

You should give PROMOTION to the lady who worked at the front desk during July 14th to 15th. So my friend left his electric shaver at the place we stayed before this hotel. Since none of us knew how to speak Japanese and our prepaid sin card didn’t support call or sms, we thought our only option was to go all the way back to the previous hotel just to get his shaver back. However, the lady who was working at the front desk helped us out big. She first called that hotel to ask them to find my friend’s shaver, and confirmed that they can deliver it to us, to this hotel. But then she figured out that it takes two days to deliver the shaver; we had to leave next day. We thought there was no other way and were about to say thanks to the lady for putting effort. THEN she asked for the address and the number of the next hotel we will be staying in Tokyo, she made several calls back and forth, managed to get the shaver delivered to our next hotel. It was unbelievable. We were genuinely impressed for the help and effort she gave us. She could have just gave us basic advice and moved on, but instead she put maximum effort and helped us save lots of time. For that, we are truly grateful and that experience made me love Osaka even more. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Great hotel in Osaka! The rooms were very spacious and had lots of amenities in them. There was a laundry room too on the 5th floor where you can wash and dry your clothes. There was also a microwave there if you needed to heat your food up. The lounge was really big and had lots of space for you to relax in or to do some work. The station was a short walk away from the hotel and there was an Oasis grocery store next door which was very convenient for a quick bite or any necessities for your stay
