Very comfortable beds, both mattress and pillow were really comfy. Great hair-dryer, great shower. Staff were really lovely. Good location, we walked to marienplatz in about 20 minutes. Price was great for the room too. Bar is small, but the bar man was so lovely. Breakfast is basic but was fine for us.

Very poor hotel. Maybe rooms in the main part of the hotel are better (doubtful) but rooms in the Annex building are horrible. When we arrived the guy at the desk apparently couldn't speak any English. He demanded payment immediately - before you see the room. This is always a red flag and usually means they're worried you'll see the room and demand something better. The room in the Annex was small, drab and very noisy all night - apparently there is zero sound insulation. You are warned to go early to avoid queuing for the (meagre) breakfast. No croissants, no pastries at all, just dry cake and factory bread. Horrible coffee from a machine and to get this you have to not be in a hurry because you'll queue up. At checkout they remind you to give them a good review - always annoying. Really poor value for money and the worst hotel I've stayed in for many a year.

If you have to be at work late in the night and want to sleep late in the morning, do not choose this place. It is so noisy, doors make so much noise when you close it. Sound proff does not exist here. It is not so clean and the cleaning company a disaster. The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

I’ll start by saying that the beds are VERY COMFORTABLE. We appreciated that. However. We checked in around 8pm, I had emailed the property to tell them that due to train delays, we’d be late. They told me it was no issue. When I arrive the man at the desk really said “we’d have had the room you needed if only you’d gotten here earlier” okay, really? Anyway we checked into our rooms and they were not clean. They were surface clean, but there was old hair on the walls, sticky drink rings on the nightstands, a dingy bed skirt, and dirty streaks on the walls near the switches. The rugs in the lobby lounge area are filthy and have bits of old dried food on them. The rooms and halls are not well insulated so it was quite noisy through the night We travel to Munich often and this is a hotel that I will not stay in again.
