I booked one family room and one queen bed room. The room not so spacious as the first we got. Reception is giving us wrong room that only one double bed room for both. Need to go down and request to change the room The size is so different… most importantly there’s so dusty. Room refrigerator so small, cannot fit in my ice pack (breastmilk). Going down request they to help, but they said their fridge inside their cafe, ady closed. Don’t have spare key for it Not really recommended skin allergies person or family.

Had a function here..and stayed as well.. room condition need refurbishment.. i pay for upgrade to junior suite. Room spacious but can smell cigarettes quite strong. Evening shift staff helpful but the morning shift staff need training especially your cafe.

Check into a premium king suite. I really love the bath tub and toilet. Very clean and premium. The room quite spacious, got iron and boarding in the room, with the slippers, cabinet and safetybox. The check in was smooth. Staffs are friendly and polite especially the one who manage my check in, Sofia. The location around near to Aeon Station 18. The cons just its breakfast. Not very much choices. Only bread, nasi ayam and spaghetti carbonara, tea and coffee and 2 cordial drinks, no fruits. For someone who are choosy eater, dont take the breakfast. You totally will be disappointed. The taste just not really good. At night, so quiter. So far im good staying here for 1 night. Plus the parking are near and free in front of the hotel.

deserted location. smooth check in & check out. parking super limited. deluxe room quite small leh? room not sound proof, you can even hear people next to your room fart. thing that i hate the most: iron is placed outside and only 1 iron + ironboard placed at each floor. worst thing is, it is hanged onto the wall with the annoying creaky sound and the iron temperature sucks. even when you twisted it to the max, the temperature didn't change, just the same very little hot. when i used it, my clothes' wrinkles doesn't change much. it's so disappointing. please la check.
