LOVED our stay here. We didn’t come with a car and I think that eliminated a lot of the frustrations that other reviewers had. But circling back — our room was IMPECCABLY clean. Like absolutely spotless. And this is coming from someone whose first thing they do in a hotel room is inspect the sheets 😆 Our room felt very modern and well lit as well, and staff were very friendly. Very close to concubine lane, good restaurants, the park, money exchange, bank, etc. also LOVED that it was connected to a 24/7 7eleven. The convenience and location is 10/10. Would definitely come back!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Malaysia. Very very limited parking space in the building and they have the audacity to ask the guest to park about 200m away from the building. They expect the guest to walk across the busy road under the hot sun and rain. Poor Front Office who gives me different information every-time. The walls are so thin that I can hear next room quest’s conversation. I had to call for housekeeping 3 times before I get attended. I do not know if the dispenser in the shower room are filled with shower gel or shampoo. The shower room floor is gooey and it’s disgusting. Even if you have so much money, please don’t stay here. It’s daylight robbery!

A great budget to mid-range hotel located close to Ipoh train station and many other city centre attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the very polite and attentive security doorman. We received a warm welcome and bon voyage when checking out. There is a handy and well stocked 7Eleven store on the ground level within the foyer. The room was a very acceptable size with a nice powerful shower in the bathroom. Each level had a hot and cold water dispenser for guest use. We had a nice view over the river that runs by the hotel. We also had no issues with noise during our stay on floor three. The room TV had a selection of free movies to stream including some newer releases. The hotel are also happy to store luggage for free before check-in and after checkout. The only slight issue we had was walking anywhere from the hotel. As the hotel is surrounded on all sides by several lanes of road, it was a little difficult to cross on foot as there is no pedestrian crossing and the roads are pretty busy! This could be a major issue for wheelchair users or anybody that is not very mobile. However, it’s super easy to get a Grab ride / taxi to and from the hotel. Overall, for most people I can highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Ipoh. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you 😊

We checked in from January 14-17 January 2024. The room was tidy and clean. only One soft pillow per person. I called to ask for an extra pillow and was told that I needed to pay＄5. The bathroom only has soap and body wash, no shampoo. The hardest thing to bear is the wifi. I called and complained that it was a malfunction, but it was still malfunctioning the next day. There is a government tax of 10 R per room per day. remember to bring your toothbrush, toothpaste...
