More than meets the eye. Ended up here last minute because the place we had booked originally started getting bad reviews. The rooms are pretty small, and not many amenities in the hotel but it was clean and quiet. The staff were amazing. Probably the most friendly of anywhere we stayed in Thailand. They were very attentive and try their best to take of care of w/e your needs are. We were surprised by how good the breakfast was and they will even make you a to go bag if you have an early pickup for a tour. They also provide free coffee, water, and snacks all day. Great location. Its far enough from everything to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to easily get around walking. We did not have time to use the pool but other people staying there seemed to enjoy it

Stayed there in January of 2023. Excellent room rate. Clean. New. No frills but very adequate. Receptionists are super nice and helpful. Location is near the old city but you would need to walk through a quiet alley (residential area). A bit too quiet at night but it's good if you want to escape any traffic noise. Only setback was that the walls are a bit too thin. Other than that, I highly recommend this place if you want some peace and quiet but not too far away from all the action.

Sometimes, there’s something that elevate your stay from good to perfect. At ASA Hotel, is the staff. The people at the reception are probably the friendliest, most attentive and wonderfully pleasant people we’ve had the chance to deal with during our stay in Thailand. They go out of the way to make sure we’ve had everything we need. The hotel itself is nice, the location is great - not too far from the city centre and quiet – but the people working there made it exceptional. Thank you!
